Tech RO clocks a tech onto a service job with the click of an icon, but a technician can only be tracked on one job at a time. If a tech clicks another labor activity, the clock is stopped on the previous job and started on the most recent. This works across multiple repair orders involving any number of trucks or trailers being serviced – a tech can easily move from one unit’s repair order to another, click a job and have the clock run. At any time, the tech can start the clock running on another job for another unit on another repair order. No problem!
