Fuel Management

The EMDECS Fuel Management module is designed to capture and monitor fuel consumption for each of the units in the fleet. It tracks by date, fuel type, volume and readings including mileage, engine hour or any other measurements the fleet requires.
The system automatically validates the integrity of all the information being entered into the system by comparing it against a set of control parameters which can be specifically defined for each unit, fuel tank and pump.
The rate of consumption for any period can be compared with an expected rate of consumption by unit. The report is designed to bring to operations and management attention of any discrepancies.
This module is also designed to interface with external fuel pump or fuel data with no or minimum customization to the import function.
The EMDECS Fuel Management System allows you to purchase, receive, measure, dispense, replenish and invoice multiple grades of fueling products.
