Joseph Ho, President

Joe continues to guide EMDECS on a global course. Since founding Perfit Computer Systems Group Inc. in 1996, Joe has led the company’s development to the industry’s top Transportation Enterprise Solution provider. Under his leadership, the company has launched its integrated platform strategy and added industry-focused applications to its offerings. Additionally, Joe has championed a number of initiatives aimed at leveraging EMDECS extensive customer base, global marketing presence and vast research and development resources. Focusing on the customer, he has developed the company to a customer-centric organization through customer satisfaction and loyalty programs. His many contributions include the globalization of EMDECS sales, marketing and support organizations to expand the company’s presence in more than 200 companies.

Kenton Ho, Director of IT

Kenton is highly involved in both the technical R&D and day to day operations at Perfit. He manages the technical implementation of global systems as well as the development of human capital stored within Perfit. He has been with the company since 1998 and continues to drive Perfit to new opportunities and new market segments. As part of the position, he has implemented systems across Canada, the US, Mexico, New Zealand, Europe, and the list continues to grow. As the second in command, he continues to learn through the direction of his father Joseph.

Jim Berglund , Account Manager

Jim has been with Perfit since early 2005 and continues to grow the sales and marketing relationships between Perfit and its customers. He comes to Perfit with a wealth of industry knowledge and market talents through his long and credible history with IBM. Through Jim, Perfit will continue its growth in North America.

Reid De Forest , Account Manager

Reid comes to Perfit with a wealth of industry knowledge and strong working experience with the EMDECS product. He has had a lot of experience in the transportation industry including Manager of Fleet Planning and Administration at Telus, and with his role in Sales and Administration at the Diesel Shop in Edson, AB. With Reid on the Perfit team, we continue to sell and expand the EMDECS system within the North American marketplace.
