Perfit Computer Systems has designed EMDECS to be easy-to-learn, and easy-to-use. What this translates to is significant reductions in staff disruption when you start to use EMDECS. On-site training is available and is typically done in a few days to a few weeks – depending on the number of modules and the number of different people and roles that will be taught.

Data conversion is simplified, and we can assist you in getting your data ‘cleaned up’ and accurately added to EMDECS. Equipment, Vendors, Customers, Parts and even Work Order History can be imported.

EMDECS includes comprehensive ‘ROBOHELP” on-line, context-sensitive Help text and documentation. Hotline support is friendly and competent and available from M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM EST.(7/24 support is also available as an option)
